Homestay rates are in Canadian dollar currency, subject to guestroom availability and change.
*Standard weekly rates and service fees are subject to 12% HST.
Above rates may vary depending on supply, demand, number of people, location, and length of stay.
Minimum stay is two weeks or equal to two weeks payment.
A homestay rate is based on single person occupancy. For double occupancy, the homestay rate will be calculated by multiplying it by minimum one and a half. (i.e. $700/month x 1.5 = $1050).
Deluxe level category is subject to availability. Deluxe does NOT mean a 5-Star rating but means that guestroom has more amenities. See levels of homestay bellow.

* Our minimum Standards:

Home stays are different; therefore, we take the time to ensure that all accommodations meet the following minimum standards:

English speaking family
Room with a window
Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows per bed)
Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio or a dresser
Work desk with chair and desk lamp
Closet and mirror
Access to TV with cable channels in the living room
Shared bathroom/shower

* The agency makes every effort to offer students and guests homestay homes that offer the above minimum standards and levels of homestay accommodations, some host may change or offer less or different amenities without our knowledge. Since the agency is not the host or homestay provider, it can be a challenge to keep all hosts conforming with those minimum standards at all times. However, the agency would be happy to offer alternative homestay depending on alternative homestay or guestroom availability, should the homestay does not meet minimum five of the above listed minimum standards or amenities of the desired homestay level.

Vancouver Airport Meet and Greet Services

This service is provided by insured and licensed meeting and greeting independent service. A service representative will meet and assist you at the airport arrival hall, transport you with you luggage, and introduce you to you hosts. The cost of this service is CAN $89 for one or two people with 4 pieces of luggage to one homestay.
