The rates are based on single occupancy; however, for double occupancy
the rate will be multiplied by one and a half time. All
homestay rates are in Canadian dollar currency, based on availability
and are subject to change. *
Weekly rates are based on semi-deluxe room category and are subject to
5% GST. For private bathroom add $30 per week. -
Above rates apply to students and
guest who are attending Vancouver Schools and Colleges during the
Vancouver 2010 Olympic games and staying for more than 3 months. For

weeks payment.

10% agency
occupancy fee will be required upon successful
placement.
Our minimum Standards: Home stays are different; therefore, we take the time to
ensure that all accommodations meet the following minimum standards: English speaking family Room with a window Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows per bed) Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio or a dresser Work desk with chair and desk lamp Closet and mirror Access to TV with cable channels in the living room Private or shared bathroom If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans

Vancouver Airport Meet and Greet ServicesThis service is provided by insured and licensed meeting and greeting
independent service. A service representative will meet and assist you at the airport arrival hall,
transport you with you luggage, and introduce you to you hosts.
The cost of this service is CAN $80 for one or two people with 4 pieces of
luggage to one homestay.
