The rates are based on single occupancy; however, for double occupancy
the rate will be multiplied by one and a half time. All
homestay rates are in Canadian dollar currency, based on availability
and are subject to change. *
Weekly rates are based on semi-deluxe room category and are subject to
5% GST. Deluxe category is subject to availability. -
Homestay
rates may vary depending on supply, demand,
number of people, location, and length of stay.

Minimum stay must be equal to two
weeks payment.

10% agency
occupancy fee will be required upon successful
placement.

For deluxe homestay with private
bathroom, application must be submitted minimum six weeks in advance.
Regular application application should be submitted minimum three weeks
in advance or additional rush placement fee may apply.

Our minimum Standards: Home stays are different; therefore, we take the time to
ensure that all accommodations meet the following minimum standards: English speaking family Room with a window Comfortable bed (includes linen, duvet, blanket and two pillows per bed) Night table, lamp, and alarm clock/radio or a dresser Work desk with chair and desk lamp Closet and mirror Access to TV with cable channels in the living room Private or shared bathroom If meals included: See B&B, 2 meals, or 3 meals plans
Vancouver Airport Meet and Greet ServicesThis service is provided by insured and licensed meeting and greeting
independent service. A service representative will meet and assist you at the airport arrival hall,
transport you with you luggage, and introduce you to you hosts.
The cost of this service is CAN $89 for one or two people with 4 pieces of
luggage to one homestay.
